Refunds and cancellations

Lessons are paid when you book.

You can cancel or reschedule a lesson at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice; we’ll move it or refund it, whichever you prefer.

With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if the student doesn’t come, the lesson isn’t refunded. In a duo or quad, a student who misses the lesson still pays their share, because the lesson goes ahead for the others.

To cancel, email or call us. The time we receive your message is the time we use.

We’ll publish the semester’s exact dates and weekly schedule before we take any deposits. A $500 deposit then holds a spot, and the balance is due one week before the first class.

Withdraw before the first class and we refund everything you’ve paid, including the deposit. Withdraw before the third class session and we refund 50%. After that we don’t give refunds, but if you have to withdraw for a medical or family reason, we’ll credit the unused balance toward a future term.

When two or more siblings enroll in the same semester, each additional sibling gets 10% off their own tuition. It applies to the semester only, not to lessons, and can’t be combined with reduced tuition. Ask for it when you enroll; we can’t apply it after payment.

If we cancel a lesson, you choose between a full refund for that lesson or a rescheduled lesson. If we cancel or can’t run the semester, we refund everything you’ve paid for it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days of the request.

If something went wrong with a charge, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. We’ll look into it and answer within two business days.
